Refund policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our friendly team will respond quickly with instructions on how we may be able to assist the return of items from your order.

Goods returned will not be accepted unless first approved by RICO. Please do not hesitate to contact RICO to discuss returning products first.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods.

The Goods must not have been used in any way.

The Goods must be in the same condition as at the date of dispatch and not marked or damaged.

Credit shall be allowed for the value of the Goods only and any freight charges shall remain payable by the Customer.

RICO will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Any Goods returned later than 30 days from order and which have been accepted by you shall incur a restocking charge calculated at 15% of the value of those Goods.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
