Shipping policy

Shipping pricing and policy is based on shipping within Australia and excluding Tasmania. If you are located in Tasmania and wish to buy RICO products, please contact us directly.

We have warehousing in New Zealand. If you are located in New Zealand and wish to buy RICO products, please contact us directly. 

As most goods purchased from RICO may be Classified as Dangerous Goods for shipping, RICO reserves the right to use their shipper for all shipping.

RICO only ships to destinations within Australia. Note that there may be restrictions on some products e.g. Classified Dangerous Goods and therefore attract special freight conditions. RICO does not ship to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
